Your Responsibilities

As a straightener in saw blade manufacturing, you will work to ensure that the saw blades maintain the highest possible precision and quality. Your main tasks include:

• Straightening and adjusting saw blades to achieve the correct flatness and tension.
• Checking and measuring the geometry of the blades using special tools and measuring instruments.
• Identifying and addressing deviations in the material.
• Ongoing quality control during and after the machining process.
• Collaborating with production and maintenance to ensure a smooth and efficient manufacturing process.
• Contributing to improvements in methods and routines for increased precision and efficiency.

Your Background/Your Qualities

• You have experience in sheet metal processing and/or sheet metal work.
• Familiarity with reading drawings and working according to specifications is an advantage.
• You are meticulous, quality-conscious, and have an eye for detail.
